FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Q: Are you fully insured?

Yes. Reve Projects is fully insured for all work we carry out.
This includes:
- Public liability insurance
- Contract works insurance
- Relevant domestic building insurance, arranged as required for residential projects

We're committed to protecting our clients, our team, and your property throughout the entire build process. If you'd like to review our insurance certificates, just ask - we're happy to provide them.

Q: Where can I view more photos of your completed work and projects?

A: You can follow Reve Projects and find photos of our work on Instagram.

Q: I've requested a quote. When can I expect to hear back from Reve Projects?

A: We endeavour to get back to you within 7 working days of receiving your quote request. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for us to visit the site so that we can meet with you to fully establish your needs and provide you with an accurate quote.

Q: Can I pay by instalments, or with a payment plan?

A: Payment is required in instalments, usually at the start of the project and in full upon completion of the project. We do not offer payment plans.

Q: Will I need to move my belongings and furniture before renovation commences?

A: We recommend that you clear the space or room to be renovated, especially smaller personal items. We are happy to help with moving any larger furniture items if needed.

Q: I'm worried about my pet during renovation. What do you suggest?

A: We advise that you secure your pet in an area where they will be safe. A secure area away from the work site would be ideal.

Q: Do I need to supply dropsheets?

A: Utmost care is taken to ensure that your home is kept as clean and safe as possible in a work site environment. We provide drop sheets to minimise dust and dirt on carpeted areas.

Q: Where can I find out more information on work that Reve Projects have completed?

A: More information and photos of our projects and work can be found on the Projects page, or on our Instagram.

Q: I'm thinking of getting an outdoor deck built. What should I be considering?

A: Building a deck creates an additional area for entertaining or just relaxing. A seamless indoor-outdoor transition is very appealing by increasing floor space and the value of your home. There are numerous things to consider before building a deck, including:
- Design styles
- Maintenance requirements
- Budget
- Installation methods and materials from which to choose
- Pros and cons of hardwoods, treated pine, and composite decking materials
- Decking can either be attached to the house, or freestanding

Q: What's involved with a kitchen renovation?

A: We are able to professionally design, build and install your new kitchen, whatever your style or budget. We're not just cabinet makers - we are complete renovation or modification specialists and will look after your project from start to finish, including demolition of your existing kitchen, installation of splashback, plumbing, electricals and new appliance installation. If you are dreaming of a new kitchen, whether it's modern, country or french provincial style, we can custom design a kitchen that will suit your tastes and lifestyle, without compromising on your practical and functional needs.

Q: Is your work guaranteed?

A: Yes. All work completed by Reve Projects is backed by the appropriate statutory builder warranties required under Victorian law.

This includes guarantees on:
- structural integrity
- materials and fittings (in line with manufacturer warranties)
- compliance-related elements

Beyond the legal requirements, we stand behind the quality of our work. If anything needs attention after your project is complete, we'll be there to resolve it promptly. Our reputation is built on long-term relationships, referrals, and the confidence our clients have in the work we deliver.
