We are taking extra precautions with social distancing, frequent hand washing and sanitising, and ensuring that our workspace and your home is a safe space for all. A: We endeavour to get back to you within 7 working days of receiving your quote request. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for us to visit the site so that we can meet with you to fully establish your needs and provide you with an accurate quote.
A: Payment is required in instalments, usually at the start of the project and in full upon completion of the project. We do not offer payment plans.
A: We recommend that you clear the space or room to be renovated, especially smaller personal items. We are happy to help with moving any larger furniture items if needed.
A: We advise that you secure your pet in an area where they will be safe. A secure area away from the work site would be ideal.
A: Utmost care is taken to ensure that your home is kept as clean and safe as possible in a work site environment. We provide drop sheets to minimise dust and dirt on carpeted areas.
